Welcome to Leadership Flathead !

INTRODUCTION

The scope and quality of growth in the Flathead Valley depends in part on informed, skilled and vigorous citizen leadership. That leadership must be capable of understanding community problems, interpreting significant facts related to them and influencing decisions based on those facts.

LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD is a program designed for relatively new leaders who want to know more about the Flathead Valley and how it works.

LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD is a program of the Kalispell Chamber Foundation and produced in cooperation with Flathead Valley Community College.

LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD is one of more than 400 community leadership programs in the United States.

This directory recognizes the Class of 2005 and alumni of LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD. Although they represent a wide range of businesses, professions and organizations, they have a common goal - that of seeing the Flathead remain the special community it has become and working together for its strong future.
