Candidate           LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD selects exceptional candidates who have demonstrated leadership talent in their fields as well as an interest in community activities. The leadership program attempts to provide a mechanism for those men and women with recognized leadership ability to develop an effective network of community contact.           LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD is a two-year commitment. The first year, as a class member, the second year as a member of the task force that organizes the sessions for the new class, as well as volunteering for local organizations in a leadership role.
